Woo! New Flat!
I'm going to look at a flat share tomorrow. I hope it is nice. It's less than half of what I am paying now, sharing with the guy who owns the building and the shop below, but is always away on business. All included as well. He sounded over joyed that I wasn't foreign. I hope he isn't a smoker. And that it is big enough for me to get all my stuff into

No, I only have to give a months notice, there is no lease. I'mm moving to a smaller place if I can because I can't afford to eat living where I am now, let alone coming back!
