Sunny February

Back to Russian after a LONG time out. Christ, I pretty much forgot the majority of everything. It just goes to show how my brain retains information. I can remember some really random things, of easy, medium and hard levels but theres no pattern in it. I'm glad I am back into it, because I was slightly afraid that Elena would kill me for not doing all the work like I had pretended too, and really, it is obvious when you haven't studied and done your homework with a language like that. She bought me loads of things back from Moskva, some music, a new book, which fills in the blanks to my current text book, and has more hands on stuff... like cursive. Wow, I did not need to find out today just how different lower case and cursive Russian is. For example, a T in Russian handwritten becomes an English 'm' but M in Russian handwritten looks like an 'm' but is lightly different.

Yesterday the weather was amazing. Like, beautiful. Jersey takes on a whole different look when the sun in out. It was February and we were out on the beach. It was still kinda crisp but so sunny and it was nice to feel the heat of the sun on my face. Chloë and I went for a long walk. We were going to go to the forest to make a punch dancing video, but that will have to wait for next week...

The day was also made good by bacon. Mmmmm. Bacon, anyways, I have been a busy bee tonight and only just got in and bathed and its midnight so I should go to sleep now as I've taken my tablets and the BIlly Idol is stopping soon... ooh! I know I said I wouldn't get tattooed for a while, but I have some awesome ideas for some new work to fill the gaps, so I've got something else to start saving for...
