Another week!

Well I have slacked this week haven't I! Truth be told, I am trying to get settled in at my new job. I do like it. I am just trying to get used to a totally different work environment... a classy cool one where people get on with their shit and they know what they are doing. First of all, I don't like being the new girl because I like being in control and knowing my shit. I don't like being a burden or nuisance to people who are obviously very busy and have stuff to do and are supposed to have to teach me how they want certain things to get done. Being a swank awesome place too, I can't just go out and get things done either... I am still feeling out what I can and what I can't do, because I don't want to upset anyone or look like a turd either. So we'll see. There is plenty to do though and some of it, from scratch. They need me! I shall fix their problems... I just gotta get situated.

Not much else to report, been mega tired from work so have come home, done what I got to do and gone to bed. Now Addie is sick again and has a fever of almost 102 degrees so we are back to a hacking cough and snot and a personality that resembles a whiney Jekyll and Hyde.

We paid off a huge bill today courtesy of our tax refund. Thanks IRS, for acknowledging the hard work we do all year round paying our taxes and more so, and giving it back to us so we can give a big fuck you to Bank of America and their shitty credit card. Keep it and stick it up your arse Bank of America.

I bought some hair dye tonight. I should probably fix the faded purple streak in my hair. In fact, I'll go do that now. Until next time virtual world!
